Select the desired menu.

② Device List Screen (the last retrieval date is updated periodically)

A list of active devices appears here.

③ Device Information Screen (the last retrieval date is updated periodically)

Information on the device for which the control number was pressed appears here.

④ Login Status Icon

・Enables confirmation of the account currently in use.
・Used when changing passwords.
・Used when logging out.

⑤ Alert Notification Icon

・The number of devices that are passed the return time and the total number of collision detection events appears here.
・Pressing this displays the Alerts popup.

⑥ Details

Pressing this displays device information in the Device Information Screen ③.
This button indicates that a collision detection event
(alert state) has occurred.
Press to display the latest event information.

⑦ Multiple Device Location Display

A map of stores and the location of selected devices appears here.
*Press the MAP icon at the upper-right of the screen after selecting devices.

⑧ Edit Administrator Name

Press this to display the Edit Administrator Screen.

⑨ Display Version Information

Press to show/hide the version information for FW/Config.
*This is hidden by default.

⑩ Option button

・The time at which the Option button was pressed is displayed on the device side.
・If the button was pressed multiple times, the time of the last press is displayed.

⑪ Collision Detection

The most recent time when a collision is detected by a device appears here.

⑫ Filter

You can configure the filter to display the desired device(s).

⑬ Number of row displayed per page/page navigation

・You can specify the number of rows displayed on one page.
・Use the < and> buttons to display different pages.

⑭ Alert Settings

・When you open the Menu Screen (①), the Alert Settings are displayed.
・Alerts can be shown/hidden.

Device information and a map with the locations of devices and affiliated stores appear here.

Display procedure:
On the Main screen, press for the desired device.
displays the vehicle to which the drive recorder is installed.
indicates that the vehicle with a drive recorder installed

is parked (engine is shut off).
*This feature requires setting to "Parking Mode" on the drive recorder.

Still image display procedure:
Press this icon to display the popup for

still image viewing.

Press this icon to display the latest still images on a separate tab.
This icon appears when there are no still images.

This feature is only available with drive recorders.
The location of collision detections and option button events appears here.
Alert states can be cleared here.

Display procedure:
・On the Main screen, press for the desired device.
Alternatively,
On the Main screen, press for the desired device and then select [Latest Event Information] on the left tab.

Alternatively,
・On the Alert popup, press for the desired device.


① Event Location Icon

You can check the location of the latest 10 events and view video here.
As new events occur, the oldest location information is deleted. Old video can be viewed from the video list.
indicates the location of a collision detection event.

② Clear Alert Button

Press Clear Alert to clear alerts for the device being checked from the on-screen popup.

③ Event List

The 10 most recent timestamps of pressing the Option button or collision detection events appear here as a numbered list.

A list of videos for the past 6 months appears here.
Operational procedure:
From the video table ①:
Press to play a video in a separate window.
Press to download a video to your PC. Video files will be downloaded to the Download folder on your PC.
*Downloads may take some time to complete. Please wait a few moments after pressing the Download button.

You can view drive records of the past half year.

Operational procedure:
Select ① Specify Date to display the calendar.
Dates for which a drive record is available are marked in black. Select a date that you want to check.
The drive record of the day you selected is indicated by on the map ③.

You can change the color of by ② Display Type.
time : Segments of the drive record is indicated by different colors, each representing a period of an hour.
speed : Colors vary depending of the driving speed.

Other Icons

Displayed at the first device location of the day

Displayed at the last device location of the day

They are not displayed for the drive record of the day.
Instead, the icon of the device location is displayed at the current location.

Displayed at the location at which the engine was turned off

*This feature requires setting to "Parking Mode" on the drive recorder.

Displayed at the location of the event that happened on the specified date

Clicking an icon displays a popup of details.

Pressing at the top right of the screen provides an enlarged view of the map in a separate window.
* Operations on the separate window are not reflected on the map of ③.

Pressing at the top right of the screen refreshes the location information.
Use this button to view the drive record of the day.

* It may take some time before the map appears if there is a drive record of long hours.

Operational procedure:
On the Main screen, press for the desired device.
Next, press at the upper-right of the screen. The map appears.

Press an icon on the map to display the corresponding information.

Still image display procedure:
Press this icon to display the popup

for still image viewing.

Pressing at the top right of the screen refreshes the location information.

You can edit the administrative name here.

Operational procedure:
On the Main screen, press under [Administrator Name] for the desired device.
Once the [Edit Administrator Name] popup appears, enter the desired administrator name and then press Finish Editing.

The Alert popup appears whenever an event is detected.
Pressing the Bell icon on the Main screen displays the alerts. Also, rental information of devices appears periodically 15 minutes before the rental time is due to after the rental time has passed.
collision detection: The date that the event occurred and device information appear here.

Press to see the location of the corresponding event and video.

You can configure the filter to display a list of the desired device(s).

Operational procedure:
Press at the upper-right of the Main screen.
Once the [Filter] screen appears, select the desired parameters.

Passwords can be changed here.

Operational procedure:
Press at the upper-right of the Main screen.
Press [Change Password] to display the Change Password screen.
Enter your current and a new password and then press Change Password.

Press at the upper-right of the Main screen.
Press [Logout] to log out.
